On this post
If you've never been to orlando and especially never been to one of its theme parks, it might be hard to imagine the amount of rides you can find there.
Just like any other park in Orlando, it's very important to map out all the rides at Universal Studios so you don't miss out on something amazing during your trip.
And of course, avoid going around without finding something you've only heard about, as unfortunately we've seen it happen several times.
One of the greatest examples of this happened to several people who didn't even see the Diagon Alley of Harry Potter, one of the main areas of the Park.

Universal Studios Orlando Rides 2023
Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit
It's hard not to start with one of Universal Studios' best rides, the Rip Ride Rockit!
It's the super roller coaster that the crowd usually yellows at the time.

The ascent ends up scaring more than the rest of it and throughout the entire route there is a lot of music playing, which makes visitors relax a little.
Rockit is an open roller coaster with a 90° rise with a height equivalent to a 17-story building!
The climb as we said is one of the most tense parts!
The path covered is 1,174 meters with many spiraling curves, double take, which is a loop that people don't get upside down and the speed reaches 105 km/h.
It's really cool that you choose your soundtrack during the tour, between classical, rock, rap, hip hop, country and electronic music.
The minimum height to enjoy the toy is 1.30m.
An interesting curiosity is that she never turns upside down.
Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts
All areas with Harry Potter themed they have very meticulous details, where you really feel inside the movies.
In the ride from the Escape from Gringotts, you will explore the wizards' bank, with an incredible adventure through the underground vault of the goblins, accompanied by famous characters like Hermione, Harry and Ron, in addition to the villains Voldermot and Bellatrix.

With 3D technology, a lot of speed and fantastic history, for those who enjoy a mix of simulator and roller coaster this is the ride!
It is worth remembering that you must be at least 1.07 m to ride this attraction.
Diagon Alley
The Diagon Alley it is the area where we find the Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts ride and outside we will see King`s Cross station and Sirius Black's house.
Be sure to watch the house elf who appears through the window to peep.

Diagon Alley as a whole is very exciting, especially when the dragon on top of Gringotts lets out flames!
Take the time to explore the place, if you've bought an interactive wand, you'll be able to train for real magic.
Hogwarts express
At King`s Cross station, which is next to Diagon Alley, it is possible to take the Hogwarts Train to go to Hogsmeade at the Island of Adventure.
In addition to being a means of transport between parks, it is also a ride as you will ride the train with several Harry Potter characters interacting with you.

Expect to see Hagrid, Harry and even Dementors during your tour!
Heads up! In order for you to be able to make this park change riding the Hogwarts Express, you must have the ticket park-to-park type.
Revenge of the Mummy
The mummy ride it's one of our favorite roller coasters and my favorite ride in the park!
For those who are looking to start going on extreme rides, it may be their first attempt, however, it can be slightly scary for children.
It's full of surprises, like riding backwards and fire, and it mixes like a simulator and roller coaster.

She begins by telling when the Mummy Imhotep, from the movie "The Mummy", appears offering rewards for those who ally with her, whoever refuses to do so, will suffer a curse.
In this ride, you will escape the curses that the mummy will throw at you, such as scarab rain, an army of mummies in a state of putrefaction, lots of fire and more.
It is a slightly older ride in the park, but it still appeals to many visitors.
The minimum height is 1.22 m.
Transformers: The Ride 3D
That 3D simulator with a lot of technology, it presents the most awaited battle of the moment.
The leader of the Decepticons, Megatron, has taken the robot war to Orlando to achieve the enslavement of humanity.
In this adventure you will join Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and other Autobots in order to defeat the Decepticons.

With screens almost 20 meters high, the 3D projections are extremely realistic.
Children from 1.02 m can venture into this ride.
Despicable Me Minion Mayhem
In this simulator you will participate in training to become a Minion from the movie “Despicable Me”.
This ride opened at Universal Studios in 2012 to replace the old Jimmy Neutron attraction.

You will enter Gru's house, walk through the secret laboratory and participate in a mega 3D adventure.
The story talks about how the Minions are trained and of course with them, almost everything goes wrong.
You will have a lot of laughs, in addition to meeting and being able to dance with the minions!
It is a very fun attraction, especially for children.
It is worth remembering that the minimum height of the attraction is at least 1.02 m.
Fast & Furious ? supercharged
It is one of attractions newest at Universal Studios park.
It opened in 2018, embarking its visitors on a super high-speed journey with lots of technology, famous characters, extremely fast cars and many surprises.
Once in the queue, it is possible to connect with the film, with engines on display, car parts and even famous cars from the super production.

You'll board a bus (see photo above) and chase through the streets of Los Angeles.
Action occurs everywhere and with many special effects of smoke, wind, swing, explosions, fog, among others.
I like the movies however I found the attraction a bit confusing. Depending on where you sit on the bus, your visibility of what's going on is pretty bad and you don't get much out of the ride.

My tip here is, if possible, ask to sit in the last row of the bus, from there you have a better view of everything that happens.
The minimum height is 1.02 m.
Shrek 4-D (Definitely Closed)
You will have fun in this 4D simulator, where you'll watch the movie in 3D and have lots of special effects, with splashing water, moving seats, winds and other things happening around you.
This ride is in theater format and tells what happened between the films Shrek 1 and 2, i.e. what happens after Shrek and Fiona's wedding.

ATTENTION: The Shrek 4D attraction was closed and will be replaced by a new attraction at Universal Studios.
The Simpsons Ride
This simulator tells the adventure of the Simpsons family, famous characters from the Fox series.
The setting is an amusement park, Krustyland, owned by the famous clown Krusty.

It's a roller coaster simulator that takes place in Springfield, with lots of fun park skits and Homer, Bart, Lisa, Marge and Meg's messes.
Because this simulator shakes a lot, a lot of people end up getting nauseous, so it's interesting to avoid eating before going on this toy.
Remembering that children over 1.02 m are allowed to go to the ride.
Learn more about The Simpsons ride here.
Race through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon
The Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon is a new 3D motion simulator at Universal Studios Florida based on television host Jimmy Fallon from The Tonight Show.
The ride had its opening on April 6, 2017 and replaced the old Twister attraction.

Honestly, even though it's a much more recent ride, I consider it a less fun ride than other park simulators like Simpsons and Transformers 3D.
A novelty of this ride was that it introduced the system of virtual queues, which helps a lot because you don't have to stand all the time waiting for your turn in a line.
Woody Woodpecker Nuthouse Coaster
A small Pica Pau roller coaster is one of Universal Studios' favorite rides for kids.
This is the perfect roller coaster for someone's first time on a roller coaster as it is very smooth.
Kids here will have nothing to worry about as the curves and drops are all gentle and nothing about this open ride is scary.

So this is the perfect opportunity to take your child on their first roller coaster!
The minimum height to ride this ride is 91 cm or 36?. However, children between 91 cm (36?) and 1.22 m (48?) must be accompanied by an adult.
Woody Woodpecker's KidZone
This is the area that houses the Pica Pau roller coaster that we listed above.
We know that Universal Orlando Resort is best known for its thrilling rides and simulators, but they also have an area dedicated to kids.

Woody Woodpecker's KidZone is the play area that will bring your little ones a lot of excitement.
All without having to be at least 106 cm (42”).
While many of the drawings presented in this area have fallen from popular memory, others – such as Curious George (which has been around since 1940 – in fact, the same year Woody Woodpecker was created) – are still favorites today.

This area is also home to other rides like ET Adventure and the amazing shenanigans of Animal Actors on Location! Catering to younger guests in particular is Woody Woodpecker's Nuthouse Coaster.
Rounding out the area is a series of encounters with beloved SpongeBob SquarePants and other cartoon friends, including a unique interactive experience called DreamWorks Destination.
ET Adventure
This ride is based on the famous film by Steven Spielberg of the unforgettable character ET The Extraterrestrial!
If you've watched the movie, you've probably wanted to ride one of those flying bikes and now you've got your chance and there's no time to waste because ET needs your help as your home planet is dying and only you can help him save it. it.

In this ride you will fly over several scenes from the movie and even the home planet of ET
It's an old ride and the animatronics are not modern.
ET will ride his bike with you at all times and at the end of the ride you will be thanked by one of the aliens!

The minimum height here is 1.22 m (48″) but children over 86 cm (34″) can be accompanied by an adult.
Kang & Kudos Twirl ?n? hurl
It is one of the rides in the theme area inspired by The Simpsons which is very similar to Dumbo the Flying Elephant in Magic Kingdom, naturally themed from the Simpsons!

Here you will “fly” in a flying saucer while two aliens narrate the journey – Kang and Kudos – and also encourage everyone to destroy Springfield.
Men In Black Alien Attack (MIB)
Hunting and exterminating aliens has been the dream of many people since the first MIB movie was released.
With that in mind, Universal Studios created the ride: MIB? Men in Black Alien Attack.

It's simple, but fun, the entire line is inside the secret agency of the alien hunters and during the ride you will go in a cart armed with a laser and you can kill several Aliens on the way.

And to make this ride even more fun, you'll receive points for every alien you hit, so your goal here is to score more points than the people who are enjoying the attraction with you.
The Bourne Stuntacular
This is a very recent attraction at the park and it was used in place of the old Terminator attraction.
It is an attraction in the format of a theater that mixes a film with real actors, with the story based on the action films of Jason Bourne.

In this show you will see electrifying chase scenes, fistfights, death-defying jumps and it all happens with live performances, high technology and a gigantic LED screen, making it impossible to discern when the live action ends and the cinema begins.
It is a new attraction, which was little talked about, but which we always recommend to our followers and customers.

Get your Parks Tickets at a Discount
Many people leave to buy their tickets when they arrive in Orlando or even on park day.
We absolutely do not recommend that you do this for a number of reasons, such as:
If you buy tickets on the spot, you won't be able to book your park days in advance at the risk of not even being able to enter a park on a given day.
You will lose valuable park minutes in line to buy your tickets.
AND MOSTLY, you will pay more because tickets at the box office are more expensive than buying in advance!
Access our ticket website to buy your tickets or request a free consultation to find out exactly which tickets are the best to buy.
