In short, the Autobots must fight the Decepticons. The leaders of each group, respectively, are Optimus Prime and Megatron.

Although the attraction lines are not huge, I believe you can use your Universal Express Pass.
After all, unlike the FastPass +, you don't have to schedule to make use of the queue jumper. So any way to enjoy the time in the parks is very valid!
Single rider
In case you haven't purchased a Universal Express, there's another solution to reduce Transformers queue time: The Ride 3D.
The single rider makes you separate from your group and fill an empty space in the cart. Sometimes this separation may not even happen! Everything will depend on the moment and the line of the attraction.
What is the Transformers: The Ride 3D route like?
During the queue, you were asked to save the humans from Megatron. Soon after, enter the cart to carry out your mission!
The attraction lasts about 4 minutes. In that time, you'll have to dodge the Decepticons' attacks. Meanwhile, your cart will move very fast!
As the attraction is 4D, you will be able to feel some very light jets of water, heat and wind during each scene. In the end, Megatron will be destroyed by you and your team! Look up to see that your goal has been completed!
