Virtually all visitors to Disney parks They associate eating there with fast food like Burgers and Pizza. However, there are several good options out there and today we will talk about several options for Vegetarian Food at Epcot.

Visitors usually eat Turkey Leg, Hot Dog, Mac'n Cheese and other caloric and not very healthy delights.

Undoubtedly, there are delicious (and caloric) dishes all over Disney.

But what few people know is that there are many options for vegetarian food at Disney.

For example, if you want to have lunch at Epcot, which is only Disney's biggest park, is able to keep its healthy eating habits?

Or will you be forced to take food from the hotel to the park so as not to break your food choice?

There are lots and lots of restaurants at Epcot.

Some are themed around cuisines from various countries, located in the World showcase.

Others are quick service (fast-food). Some are table service (the attendant goes to the table to take your order).

To find the best vegetarian food options, we need to know how to work with these elements in our favor.

We've put together a selection of several restaurants that can help you eat properly in the park. Check out:

Sunshine Seasons

Located in Future World the Sunshine Seasons can be one of your main allies in the search for vegetarian food at Epcot.

They have several meat dishes, but many without.

Vegan Korma (with vegetarian chicken and cashews) costs $$9.99 and is one of the top choices.

It shines, however, in the travel options.

It has the same vegan Korma, a Mediterranean salad, tomato and cucumber salad, a vegetarian main course, vegetarian chips.

Not to mention assorted fruits, a bowl of watermelon, a piece of pineapple or grapes for dessert.

Electric Umbrella (Closed)

Electric Umbrella is a diner whose main course is hamburgers. However, it does have some vegetarian options.

If you're up for eating animal-derived products, like milk or cheese, your options widen.

Electric Umbrella offers a three-cheese flatbread (provolone, parmesan and mozzarella, plus arugula) for $$10.49.

Plus there's an Energy Salad (green leaves, seasonal fruit and feta cheese) for $$8.99.

If you don't want it, you have the option of the Quinoa Salad with vegetables (cauliflower, carrot, cucumber, cabbage, tomato and edamame, with lemon and agave dressing) for $9.99 dollars.

As an accompaniment, you can order a serving of French fries ($$4.49) and a bowl of mixed fruit salad for dessert ($$3.99).

Tangierine Cafe

In the Morocco pavilion at World Showcase is located the Tangierine Café, which serves Moroccan food.

For vegetarians, it can be one of the best dining options at Epcot.

For starters, the vegetable dish (served with couscous tangierine salad, hummus and tabbouleh) is one of the most coveted in the restaurant and costs $14 dollars.

They also have a falafel wrap on the menu, as well as sides of tabbouleh, marinated olives, lentil salad and Tangierine couscous salad.

Sommerfest

Germans are known for sausages, but their typical restaurant at World Showcase serves more than that.

Vegetarian food options are few in Sommerfest, including the only one at the moment is a Jumbo Pretzel.

If you don't eat eggs, you can try the paprika french fries, which are delicious.

Katsura Grill

At the japan pavilion, O Katsura Grill there is a vegetarian option on the menu: the vegetable roll, which costs $8 dollars.

Side dishes include edamame ($$4.50) and steamed rice ($$2).

For dessert, there's green tea and strawberry ice cream with azuki.

At the nearby Kabuki Cafe, there are green tea slushies too.

Garden grill

The Garden grill It is without a doubt one of Epcot's top restaurants.

It's even there where you can have a meal with Goofy, Tico, Teco and other Disney characters.

Also, the Garden Grill offers some good vegetarian food options.

As they have their own vegetable garden, they prepare a delicious mixed salad based on seasonal vegetables.

If you're into dairy products, they make a nice mashed potato with sour cream, plus a stuffing of herbs and leeks.

Another option is the selection of seasonal vegetables.

In addition, the restaurant is dedicated to serving customers and the chefs are willing to make special dishes if you call ahead and explain that you are vegetarian.

Rose & Crown

The Rose & Crown is a British pub, located in the England pavilion at World's Showcase, surprises with its vegetarian options.

For starters, they have a delicious potato and leek soup in a clay pot ($$8).

A vegetarian option on the main menu is the savory crumble called Savory Impossible? Hot Pot, which costs approximately $22 dollars.

They even offer pea cream as a side dish, with lemon scone for dessert.

For children, there is the option of a fruit salad.

Is it hard to find Vegetarian Food at Epcot?

As the selection above showed: yes it is. can eat cheap at Epcot, but most of the options are with meat.

We have to dig through each menu well to find an option that is not made with meat.

Epcot is a park whose diet is well focused on steaks, fish and chicken.

For vegetarians, this can be a problem.

It's not that serious, since there are a few options here and there, like the ones we separated above.

A good alternative, if none of the options listed please you, is to take food from the hotel to the park.

Even if you are in one of the Disney hotels, you can do it!

There are a few delivery services that take the food to the resorts and the employees get everything right for you.

You can order to deliver some veggies and veggies, go for your fun and when you come back the food will be there.

For those who prefer to make their own food, it is even a more economical and interesting option.

Be that as it may, there's no reason your eating habits should get in the way of your Disney fun.

Whether vegetarian or not, there are alternatives to maintain a good diet and enjoy the attractions of the parks.
