When we go to Disney, we forget a little about maintaining a healthy diet and Sunshine Seasons can be a great ally for you to keep a good diet on your tour in epcot.

After all, with so many delights that we can find in the park's restaurants, we want to try everything.

But while you might think you should give up a healthier snack during this journey, you can find that option, especially if you're visiting Epcot.

In this article we’ll talk about the Sunshine Seasons, an Epcot restaurant which is the right stop for those who want to get away from the cheeseburger and pizza, and pay a fair price.

Its purpose is to offer a healthier diet in Fast Food format.

That means you'll have a tasty meal, including some healthy desserts, for you to eat guilt-free.

Epcot's Sunshine Seasons Location

The Restaurant is located in Epcot Park, inside The Land pavilion and right next to our favorite attraction in this park, the Soarin.

Epcot's Sunshine Seasons Ambience and Decor

The Sunshine Seasons restaurant area is like a large food court, right in the middle of The Land pavilion.

The high ceiling is decorated with wide ribbons of fabric and balloons.

The space is closed and has air conditioning.

Although there is a little background music to insert you into a calmer atmosphere, when the restaurant is more crowded, the noise of the commotion can bother you a little, so choose the time you want to go to this restaurant.

Epcot's Sunshine Seasons Service

The Sunshine Seasons service type is the Quick Service.

It works like a Fast Food where you place your order, pay, pick up your meal and then sit at your table.

The positive part is that you spend less time on meals and enjoy the park better.

Another positive point is that, in general, these restaurants are more economical, as is the case with Sunshine Seasons.

Upon entering Sunshine Seasons you will notice that there are 6 seasons: Kids Meals, The Grill, Soup & Salad, Asian Noodles, Sandwiches, The Bakery and Breakfast.

You go to the station of your choice, grab a tray that is at the bottom of each station, and go out to order.

You can choose a dish from just one station, but if you want you can go to more than one. Only at the end will you go to the cashier, make your payment and then go to your table.

Right after you make your payment you'll get your extra silverware, napkins and sauces before you sit down. So don't forget that so you don't have to go back there again.

Sunshine Seasons is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Let's talk about the options you will find in each of the stations.

Epcot's Sunshine Seasons Tips and Trivia

Sunshine Seasons is one of Disney's restaurants that offers gluten-free or other restrictive food options. Always ask for the menu with options, in case you have any dietary restrictions.

The restaurant also participates in the Disney Dining Plan, Disney's credit program, for those looking to save even more for lunch or dinner.

And let's go to Succotash. It is nothing more than a type of stew typical of the American Indians based on corn, beans and spices.
