We already made a post for Junk Food lovers just about where you can find hamburger and hot dogs at Disney parks.

However, going to Orlando is not synonymous with just having to eat this type of food.

But the The Plaza Restaurant it also offers healthier dishes and even vegetarian options at very attractive prices.

You can have, for example, a lettuce, tomato and bacon salad or a soup of the day, both options for approximately $10.

Tony's Town Square Restaraunt (Reservations Required)

Best known for being the Dama e o Vagabundo restaurant, this Italian restaurant is right at the entrance to the Magic Kingdom and will surprise you.

As mentioned above, it is an Italian restaurant. That alone already makes you have much healthier options than traditional fast food.

And that's precisely the case here, let's check out some of the good healthy food options at Tony's Town Square Restaurant.

The Tomorrowland terrace it's not exactly a restaurant with a healthier cuisine, but there are some options around here.

The restaurant has more of a focus on seafood like shrimp and lobster which could be considered better options than a hot dog or a Turkey Lag.

Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen

The Skipper Canteen is located in Adventureland, just beyond the bridge that connects Castle Square to the West side of the Magic Kingdom.

The name of the restaurant is actually a reference to the attraction. Jungle cruise which is right near the entrance to Skipper Canteen.

The origin of the name is simple, the drivers of the attraction's boats are known as Skippers, making this restaurant the canteen for these workers.
