Does traveling to Mars seem like an impossible dream? At disney nothing is impossible and at Mission space you can participate in a space launch and successfully land on the moon.

Strong emotions await you!

The Mission Space attraction started its activities in 2004 (October) at the park Epcot at Walt Disney World in Orlando.

Is ride extremely fun and different, in it you will participate in a space adventure in a rocket simulator created in partnership between Disney and NASA (it couldn't be bad, right? ).

In each “rocket” there are only 4 people and the tour is very interactive, each of the visitors must assume their role during the training, you can be the commander, pilot, navigator or engineer.

During the ride you will be launched into space and you will see impressive images, in addition to feeling the force of gravity in your entire body (during takeoff, try to stretch your legs to get an idea of the pressure).

Be aware that you and your team must fulfill a series of activities that can affect your mission.

As the toy is considered strong for its rotational movement (which simulates the gravitational force), a "lighter" version of it can be chosen.

You will choose the strength of the attraction during the queue, you will have these 2 options Orange -> Strong-hearted version, and Green -> Lighter version.

Pay attention to the toy restrictions, and above all, HAVE FUN!

Duration: 05 minutes.

As the effect of gravity is simulated from the centrifugal force, the attraction performs a strong rotation and can cause motion sickness or discomfort in many people, not to mention that the cabin is extremely cramped.

In short, people with claustrophobia, labyrinthitis, flee the Mission Space!

If you don't have any discomfort with anything described above, we're sure you'll love it!! See for yourself, Nath has a slight claustrophobia, and was a little uncomfortable in ride. As for me (Carlos), I love her ehehehe.

As always, we have already shown this attraction in our Youtube Channel! Check it out there! Don't forget to help us by liking the video and following our channel =)

What to do when leaving Mission Space

When leaving ride, you will come face to face with the Advanced Training Lab, there, there are several activities to enjoy this space atmosphere a little more.

Among the options you will find are:

  • Mission: SPACE Race – competition between astronauts and ground control to see who sends a rocket from Mars to Earth first. Up to 56 cadets can participate at a time.
  • Expedition Mars – you have 4 minutes to use your joystick to explore the surface of Mars and find your 4 fellow astronauts.
  • Space base – this is an interactive playground for little ones with lots of fun that lends itself to being inspired to reach for the stars or stroll through wormholes.
  • Postcards from Space – create an email with a video and send it to anyone in the Universe!

Get your Parks Tickets at a Discount

Many people leave to buy their tickets when they arrive in Orlando or even on park day.

We absolutely do not recommend that you do this for a number of reasons, such as:

If you buy tickets on the spot, you won't be able to book your park days in advance at the risk of not even being able to enter a park on a given day.

You will lose valuable park minutes in line to buy your tickets.

AND MOSTLY, you will pay more because tickets at the box office are more expensive than buying in advance!

Access our ticket website to buy your tickets or request a free consultation to find out exactly which tickets are the best to buy.
