Cobra's Curse is one of the most unique roller coasters you can find in Orlando. In fact, in Tampa!

The Busch Gardens it is very close to Orlando, about 1h30 of travel.

The park is very popular with those who enjoy extreme adventures. Its theme is inspired by an African safari.

Returning to Cobra's Curse, she is a ride very unique. Its route has an elevation of the cart and a speed close to 65 kilometers per hour.

As if that weren't enough, the Cobra's Curse cart even spins around on itself at various times!

This makes you go through the rails from the front, side and even the back!

Features of Cobra's Curse

Cobra's Curse does not have as high speed as its neighbor Cheetah hunt🇧🇷 Still, it is a very interesting and obviously sought after attraction!

What stands out in Cobra's Curse is its beginning, when the trolley is lifted. The structure is very similar to an elevator, but it does not fall from the top.

Upstairs are the rails. From then on, the cart starts to walk and, at the same time, to turn around its own axis. And this is at the same time that the speed reaches 64 kilometers per hour!

A very interesting piece of information is that Cobra's Curse is the only roller coaster in the world that has this route! It really is a very cool attraction and worth a visit.

In addition, the spins that the cart makes are random. That way, if you go to the attraction twice in a row, you can enjoy different sensations in a single day!

Another cool fact is that Cobra's Curse is designed for the whole family. Children taller than 1.07 meters are allowed to enter the attraction.

How is the Cobra's Curse queue?

Environment

A Cobra's Curse tells the story of King Cobra. He was killed 2,000 years ago and his head was buried in the sands of Egypt. In the attraction, you will be an archeologist who is about to awaken the snake's curse.

Thus, the queue environment has an archaeological theme: shovels, notes and mummies. The walls and ceiling are a sand-like color. In addition, there are projections that tell the story of the peoples of Ancient Egypt.

The most interesting, and perhaps dreadful, part is the poisonous snakes. They are exposed for part of the route.

There are 4 species that attract attention: Jameson's Mamba, Angolan Python, Rhinoceros Viper and Gabon Viper.

According to what was disclosed by a Busch Gardens worker, the purpose of this is to make visitors aware of the importance of environmental preservation.

Queue time

As you can imagine, Cobra's Curse has a high queue time. Because it is a very different attraction, even if you go more than once, it attracts many visitors.

As a result, consider using the Quick Queue for this attraction. He is similar to FastPass +, from Disney.

Is it worth using Quick Queue in Cobra's Curse?

No doubt!

At the Orlando and Tampa parks, any opportunity to reduce wait times for attractions is very worthwhile!

As Busch Gardens does not have a single rider, the Quick Queue is an excellent option! It can be purchased online, in advance, or at the box office at participating parks (Busch Gardens, Sea World and Aquatica).

How is the course of Cobra?s Curse?

As soon as you get into the cart, it will walk a little and it will already be raised. At that moment, you will be able to see King Cobra in front of you.

Upstairs, the route begins, as well as the carts spin around each other. Remember that, in each game, these turns are random and depend on the weight of the crew (it is automatically measured by the cart).

Because it has more radical attractions than other Orlando parks, Busch Gardens does not allow you to travel with backpacks. There are attractions that even cameras and cell phones are prohibited.
