Stingray Lagoon and Feeding: SeaWorld Attraction

Have you ever imagined seeing stingrays up close, and even running your hand over them? At Stingray Lagoon and Feeding, at SeaWorld, it is possible!

The attraction is located next to the DolpHin Cove and Dolphin Encounter, where you can have the same experience, but with dolphins.

How is the Stingray Lagoon and Feeding?

First of all, know that this attraction consists of a stingray tank. According to SeaWorld, there are about 100 animals of the species there.

You may notice that children tend to be enchanted by stingrays, as they imagine the species to be frightening. This is understandable, since even adults are amazed at the beauty of animals.

In the same way as passing the hand, you can also feed the stingrays. For that, finally, there is a cabin called ?Stingray Food?.

So for as little as US$ 5 you can feed the stingrays fresh shrimp.

Does the attraction have a queue?

No! Contrary to popular belief, this is a very peaceful attraction. For, as I have already explained, the place is a very large tank, with several animals.

It is even common for you to see some people waiting for some members of your group while they are at other attractions.

Therefore, this attraction does not have the Quick Queue.

Is Stingray Lagoon and Feeding Harmful to Stingrays?

During your visit to SeaWorld, realize that the park places great emphasis on environmental awareness. That is, it is incompatible that animals suffer.

So rest assured. You can talk to several SeaWorld cast members and realize that the park environment is very healthy.
