Going to another country and not knowing what to eat can be very tense and uncomfortable, isn't it? However, pizza is a food that virtually everyone loves and there is no mistake about it, as it is almost impossible not to go down well, regardless of the moment and the Red Oven Pizza Bakery won't let you down!

Because of this, we will talk about a restaurant very good, which offers several delicious pizzas for you and your group to enjoy with everything you are entitled to.

And the coolest thing: you won't even have to look far to find it out there.

The Red Oven Pizza Bakery, which opened at the end of 2013, almost ten years ago, in Citywalk.

That is, very close to Universal Studios and the islands Of Adventure.

In this way, it is a great request for anyone who is enjoying their stay in Orlando and going to all the possible parks, since it is truly a hop away from adventures.

Seriously, it's really close.

just get out of universal parks and there will be the REd Oven Pizza Bakery waiting for you.

The place is very interesting, since you can't characterize it in any of the options you think of when the word pizza comes to your mind.

That is, it does not look anything like a rodízio and/or a pizzeria, much less like a simple enterprise that sells fast food.

Below, throughout this post, we will talk about why. You are curious? Come with us!

Oh, and don't forget the paper and pen to write down what we talk about here, okay?

The service of Red Oven Pizza Bakery

As mentioned above, it is not possible to categorize what Red Oven Pizza Bakery is.

On the other hand, we can explain why, yes, he must be present in the itinerary of your dream trip to Orlando.

Well, unlike what we find in Brazil when it comes to pizza, this restaurant on Citywalk offers an artisanal kind of flavor.

So, first, you go through the cashier, choose what you want and just wait. However, don't think that this will take 20, 30, 40 minutes to happen, because it won't, okay?

It's pretty crazy fast. When you least imagine it, that's it, you're being served.

That's because the oven, where the pizzas are baked, is well heated (like a lot!), taking them to be ready in a matter of, at most, five minutes.

It's like a McDonalds of pizza (in terms of time), have you thought? No waiting too long for them to come out and, meanwhile, the hunger is increasing.

Therefore, if you are that person who doesn't have so much patience with the delay, this place may be ideal, the one you were looking for to satisfy your desires and keep your stomach full.

Speaking more about the food itself, depending on how much you want to eat, a pizza will not satisfy you, largely because of the thinness of the dough.

With that, you can't fill it up completely.

And, as it is a very fast service, nothing prevents you from ordering “in installments”, according to your needs.

The local menu

Because they are made with very thin dough, precisely because of this, the pizzas are very light.

Depending on the flavor you choose, you can enjoy it in different ways.

The options are many and, even in that, it is very different from what we find here in Brazil.

In most places you go on Brazilian soil that offer pizza as a service, the most common flavors are mozzarella, pepperoni and chicken, right?

Nothing much more elaborate than that...

At Red Oven, however, there are several flavors to choose from. Among them, the most famous, without a doubt, is pepperoni (which is equivalent to our pepperoni here).

Oh, and of course, that most basic pizza of all: the cheese pizza.

The menu, in turn, is divided into “white pizza” (white pizzas), red pizza (red pizzas) and “salads” (salads).

That's right! They even sell a little salad, which can be that opening at work, right?

Just to whet your appetite and give way to the main dish, which is pizza.

The values, therefore, vary according to the flavors. However, they are around 15 dollars.

Some cost less than that and others more, but it's about average, no doubt. Salads, on the other hand, usually cost about 10 dollars.

As for drinks, you can order soft drinks, water, beers and wines, for example, which also do not exceed this average value.

There is even dessert, which, however, is unique. Yes, on the menu, there's only one, called a Chocolate Chip Cookie, costing 3 dollars. By the name, you can tell what it is about, right? It is, in that way, a cookie.

If you want, just visit the Universal Orlando Resort website and better evaluate the options that are available.

Don't worry! The name may scare you a little, but trust me, you won't regret it.

Location and operation of the Red Oven Pizza Bakery

As mentioned earlier, Red Oven Pizza Bakey is easy to locate, as it is located in one of the most popular spots in Orlando: Citywalk.

The days and hours of operation are: every day (Monday to Sunday), from 11:00 to 00:00 (11 am – 12 pm).

Is the Red Oven worth going to?

So tasting it won't hurt, will it? It's quite an experience to see how pizzas are made, as we don't find this agility here in Brazil.

Because they are made very quickly and have a very thin crust, the pizzas are very crispy, it is true.

However, at times, they can come a little too toasted.

It basically happens because of the oven in which they are heated.

There are many degrees, which means that, in addition to being quickly roasted, they are a little overdone after all.

Just as fast service is seen as a plus point, the options are quite different. It has somewhat “strange” flavors, but not because they are not appetizing, on the contrary.

A lot happens that they are not known, since we are not used to this culture of mixing many things, like pineapple and tomatoes.

Another negative point, in a way, is the issue of paying before eating. In this sense, if you have no idea how big the food is and end up ordering less pizza than you wanted and should, it could be a problem.

After all, for this, later, you will have to face queues again (which can be large).

However, on the bright side are the prices.

Considering the location of the restaurant, on Citywalk, the prices are very realistic.

So, for those who don't want to spend a lot and want to eat reasonably well, Red Oven becomes a mandatory stop.

Ultimately, it's your choice. There will always be positives and negatives. So everyone will have an opinion, right?

So, have fun and enjoy everything you can get your hands on!
