The SeaWorld park is known for being that cozy place, where it is possible to be enchanted by the animals and, in addition, to venture out for real.

In turn, the Flamingo Paddle Boats, is a separate attraction, where you and your boat take a tour of SeaWorld Orlando's central lake, enjoying all the incredible views that the place provides.

Ideal for that moment of the day when you are tired and want to unwind, the attraction, in this way, allows you to, in fact, be able to “relax” and calm the mood after moments beyond exhausting.

You know, the ones that adrenaline screamed, like going on one – or more – of the park's roller coasters? Then…

Know that, yes, it is more than recommended to take a little time to discharge your energies.

The Flamingo Paddle Boats, in this sense, is the ideal request, as it guarantees fun for the whole family, relaxing moments, enjoying the view, and, of course, something very different from what the amusement parks in Orlando offer.

The ride, with this, indicates the possibility of enjoying the best to do in a vacation tour.

Location at SeaWorld

As mentioned above, the route takes place specifically in the central lake of the SeaWorld. That is, there is no error.

It is very easy to find, as it is right in the middle of the park.

You can even find yourself looking at SeaWorld Sky Tower.

However, to be more concrete, it is opposite the Nautilus Theater and very close to the Mako roller coaster.

According to the park itself, the address indicated is: Orlando, Florida 32821, USA. However, following our tips, it will be very easy to locate.

But be aware that, in order not to get lost, it is essential to use the map of the park itself, because, there, you will have this and other information about the attractions.

Entering the park, just go straight until you reach Manta. After that, just go right until the end.

finding the Mako, you will be “facing the goal”, without much difficulty.

What is Flamingo Paddle Boats?

Unlike other attractions within SeaWorld, where there are schedules or you need to go in carts and all that stuff, at Flamingo Paddle Boats, however, you don't have to worry about any of that.

Much less with restrictions, as they almost don't exist. That is, it is fun that reaches everyone and all ages. Nothing to be left out, right?

As the name implies, it is basically, in the clearest translation, a boat trip, in which the theme that surrounds it is the flamingo animal.

That's right. So, for us Brazilians, it's exactly a pedal boat, in which two people, however, need to pedal for the boat to sail.

The most interesting thing, and worth mentioning, is that it's something you can do as a family.

The only restriction the park determines is that children under 1.42 m (56 inches) cannot “navigate” by themselves.

For this, they need to be accompanied by someone responsible.

On the other hand, if you are properly with an adult by your side, there is no problem, as anyone is able to go.

If you have a baby on your lap, however, you will not be able to go on the tour with them, because that is prohibited.

Only in these cases is there anything related to the ban on going on Flamingo Paddle Boats.

For wheelchair users, in addition, there is a whole range of accessibility, allowing them to enjoy the attraction.

In this case, as explained on the SeaWorld website, the disabled, in their chairs, “must go down a ramp from the lifejacket area to the pier and then walk a short distance to the boat”.

Thus, they will be transferred from the wheelchair to the boat/flamingo.

Other details

It is important to remember some additional information, such as price and duration. Yes, Flamingo Paddle Boats is the only attraction in the park where you have to pay a fee to enjoy it, unfortunately.

But, the good news is that it is “cheap”, so it is worth investing.

The entry fee for the competition is currently $6 per person. Today, it is equivalent to 30 reais.

It is scary, however, if you take into account the value in the american currency and not in the Brazilian one, it's a fair price, go! Allow yourself to stop eating junk food, lol.

The duration of the tour is around 20 minutes, which gives enough time for visitors, who choose to go to the attraction, to relax and enjoy the moment provided for them.

Although all ages are allowed, Flamingo Paddle Boats are ideal for young and old alike.

For those of the second age, the attraction combines the useful with the pleasant, as it makes them feel inserted in the magical atmosphere.

At other times, it would be unlikely to happen.

You don't get wet and don't get soaked, compared to other attractions. However, occasional splashing may occur.

But nothing that will spoil the ride. On the contrary, it's even cool hahaha.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, some attractions are not working. So, before you go, ask or call to find out more.

It is also more than recommended that, if possible, check the weather before going to the park, as the unfavorable weather conditions mean that it is not possible to go on the water ride that day.

Is it worth going to Flamingo Paddle Boats?

The question that doesn't want to shut up hahaha.

Well, depending on what you intend for your trip and time in the park, it's worth it, of course.

However, for the more adventurous, it may not be the main attraction, the one that fills the eyes, as it can be a bit of a “stop”.

As it is a simple pedal boat, it is something you can do in your own country of origin, for example.

It's not unheard of, much less catches everyone's attention. For this, it is more than fundamental that, first of all, priorities are established and what, in fact, you and your family like.

In addition, everything must be taken into account.

For some, paying a user fee – apart from the money you have to pay to purchase the park ticket – is not worth it, although it is only 6 dollars.

In this case, the value can be directed to some souvenir or even a french fries, lol.

On the issue of climate, it is also necessary to be attentive.

Depending on the time of year your trip is scheduled, going to Flamingo Paddle Boats is impractical. Often, it will be closed due to rain or cold.

Given all these factors, it's up to you to decide, isn't it?
