Universal has 4 budget hotel options in its Orlando complex: the Cabana Bay, Aventura Hotel and Endless Summer Resort Surfside Inn & Suites and Endless Summer Resort Dockside Inn & Suites.
On this post
Today we will talk about the last 2, both with the name of Endless Summer Resort.
They are also the most recent of all.
If you are looking for an economical option for your stay in Orlando, you may be interested in Endless Summer.
Do you want to know more about him? So keep reading the article until the end!
Endless Summer Resort Infrastructure
In order to understand Endless Summer's infrastructure, we need to understand the project in which it is inserted.
The Endless Summer Resort was built on the same site as the former Wet?n?Wild.
Because of that, it has a really cool beach, summer, and sea theme.
Also, the resort is huge.
Really gigantic, the size of an old water park. Because of this, it was split into two different hotels.
Exactly, you will not be staying at the Endless Summer Resort, but at one of the two hotels that we mentioned earlier, which are:
The price to stay at Endless Summer is, for now, the lowest at Universal.
According to the company, the cost of each cheapest room for 4 people is only $85 dollars plus taxes.
And what the Hotel do you have to offer your guests? See below!
The Surfside Inn only has one pool, but it's massive and shaped like a surfboard.
Incidentally, this surfer vision is one of the bases of the hotel's decor.
In addition to being able to swim in the pool, it is possible to do several activities there, including Ping-Pong and other family entertainment.
With so many pizzas, burgers and fried turkey legs, it's easy to pack on a few pounds in Orlando.
However, there are some gyms in the city for those who want to maintain their exercise routine even on vacation.
One of them is at the Surfside Inn, which has state-of-the-art equipment and an impeccable structure for guests.
That's right, inside Endless Summer you have a starbucks so you can drink one of the most famous coffees in the world without having to leave your hotel.
For those who want to have fun and clear their head, the hotel has a complete games room with several video games and arcades to play and compete with friends.
As is “law” in all Universal hotels, there is a small shop with various products for sale, such as towels, t-shirts, toys and bathroom items.
vacation planning center
One of the great new features at Endless Summer Resort is the Vacation Planning Center.
This space, located in the hotel's lobby, is a kind of vacation planning center.
It serves to help guests plan and resolve any needs they may have on the day, as well as being able to purchase and pick up tickets for all Universal attractions.
How are the rooms at Endless Summer Resort?
The Endless Summer Resort Surfside Inn has 750 rooms for 4 or 6 people, divided into two categories: Standard and Family Suites.
Standard rooms are the standard that the market currently offers.
They have two queen beds and a bathroom divided into two rooms (ie: the bath and the countertop with sinks).
Rooms at Surfside Inn and Dockside are very similar. They are the same size and their theme is extremely similar.
As for utilities, the room has a minibar, iron and ironing board, TV and free internet.
The decoration is very simple, but very tasteful.
The blue tone of surf predominates, but without being too heavy.
The wood of the furniture and floor is light, which leaves a very clean, beachy and fresh air. It looks like a beach, but in a bedroom format.
Two major highlights are the absence of carpet on the floor (something that is innovative in the US, where carpeting is the norm) and the shower stall without a bathtub.
The Family Suites are apartments for 6 people, divided into 2 bedrooms and a mini-kitchen (combined with a pseudo-living room).
There are, in all, 3 queen beds in the space, two of them in the master bedroom and one in another, smaller one.
The kitchen is well equipped with a table, chairs, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. In addition to the main TV in the larger bedroom, there is a second TV in the smaller bedroom.
This room's bathroom is larger than the Standard, but not by much. It is enough to receive a family, for example.
The decor follows the same pattern as the Standard rooms.
Most of the items are blue, with the base being made of very light wood, in a sand tone. It has a very nice beachy air.
As for now the Dockside Inn is not yet opened, it is not possible to know what its rooms will be like.
