Docking Bay 7 Food & Cargo is a Quick Service (counter service) restaurant in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World and Disneyland.

Honestly, we don't understand why the restaurant didn't generate the “hype” that other things in Galaxy's Edge generated, like the attractions Rise of Resistance or Smugglers Run.
That's why we consider it a sensational restaurant and undoubtedly one of the best options in Hollywood Studios at the moment.
The Star Wars Restaurant – Docking Bay 7 Food & Cargo
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dinner being simply sensational.
In fact, Docking Bay 7 is the only all-you-can-eat option to date. Galaxy's Edge.
Like everything else in this Star Wars area, Docking Bay 7's environment is very themed, huge and with lots of places to sit.
In addition to being a good option for families and large groups due to its wide range of tables, you can also sit at the bar.
Meal value here is not very high (by Disney food standards).
If you've seen the old Star Wars movies, you'll surely find the place amazing.
It has an industrial and rustic style as if it were a space hangar.

I can't start talking about the food at Docking Bay 7 without mentioning the name of the dishes. Each of the dishes references a race from the Star Wars universe.
If you don't know any names, don't worry, I'm a huge fan and I didn't recognize almost any.
Main dishes
One of the main dishes at Docking Bay 7 is Yobshrimp Pasta Salad. The dish consists of a marinated paste, vegetables and lots of prawns.
For those who prefer chicken dishes, one of the options on the menu is a Roasted Tip-Yip Chicken Salad.
The dish is a marinated chicken with roasted vegetables, green curry ranch, greens, quinoa and pumpkin seeds.
For those who want a more American-style Endorian chicken you can order the Tip-Yip Fried Endorian Chicken which is a crispy chicken served with Mac and Cheese and roasted vegetables.
If you prefer beef, it also has options for you, it's Shaak roast.
The dish consists of a beautiful moist and tender meat, roasted, cavatelli pasta, cabbage and mushrooms.
And if you want to eat delicious pork at Docking Bay 7 be sure to try the Kaadu smoked ribs.
They're delicious, well-seasoned pork ribs with coleslaw and a blueberry muffin.
It is worth mentioning that each of the dishes mentioned above costs between $14-$19, that is, a great cost benefit.
Desserts
If you like sweets and desserts, the Docking Bay 7 restaurant will also be to your liking.
There you will find some delicious desserts such as the Oi-Oi Puff which is a puff with the wonderful raspberry cream and passion fruit mousse.
Another delicious dessert is Batuu-bom, a chocolate cake, with white chocolate mousse and coffee cream.

History of Docking Bay 7 Food & Cargo
Chef Strono ?Cookie? Tuggs converted his modified Sienar-Chall Utilipede-Transport into a popular mobile kitchen and restaurant.
His travels across the galaxy allow him to fill his pantry with exotic ingredients, and he is proud to introduce Tuggs' Grub, a "traveling restaurant for travellers", inspired by the dishes he created during his time working for Maz Kanata in Takodana.
Chef Cookie's food shuttle, now docked on the hangar roof, lowered a series of pods into the hangar, carrying precious cargo ? Chef Tuggs' finest ingredients gathered from across the galaxy.
Situated inside Docking Bay 7, other Black Spire Outpost pods deliver other goods, provisions and equipment to all freighters arriving at the hangar.
Visitors can choose to dine inside the hangar or outside on a shady patio.
Confused by all these names? Rest assured that you are not alone! But what matters is that the food and the atmosphere are delicious!
