In all, there are 5 opportunities for you to see Elsa and Anna from Frozen at Disney.

Festival of Fantasy Parade
Every day, at 3 pm sharp, the famous Festival of Fantasy Parade parade.
The event, known as the 3 pm Parade, brings together more than 100 artists in a show featuring the vast majority of Disney characters.
As expected, Elsa and Anna from Frozen are present at the event and you'll be able to see them throughout the parade.
One of the best spots to watch the parade is at the beginning of it, in Frontierland. If you get there about thirty minutes before the start (2:30 pm), you can get a good seat.
If you wait for the parade on Main Street, you'll need to arrive an hour early (at 2am) to get a good seat.
As the parade takes about 12 minutes, you will still have to wait for about 70 minutes to enjoy the event.
Mickey's Royal Friendship Faire
This is one of Disney's most famous character shows. Mickey's Royal Friendship Faire takes place several times a day in front of Cinderella Castle.
In it, several characters participate, including Anna, Elsa and Olaf.
For those who just want to see the characters or show it to their children, it is an excellent opportunity.
Just make sure you arrive a little early to get a decent seat, as these shows tend to fill up.
During christmas
At Disney's special Christmas events, there are two opportunities to see Frozen's characters.
The first is the Frozen Holiday Wish show, which takes place twice a night, on certain days during the event. Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.
This is where Elsa “freezes” Cinderella's Castle, with more than 200,000 LED lights and many special effects.
In it, visitors can see Elsa, Anna, Olaf and Krystoff interacting in a very beautiful show.
The characters' other appearance is in Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party Parade, which takes place twice during the Christmas party at Disney.
For The First Time in Forever – A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration
At Hollywood Studios, there is a 25-minute show held in the Hyperion Theater called “For the First Time in Forever“.
It features some historians (who are hilarious!) and a presentation of short clips from the film. In these “mini-scenes”, which are the animation's music scenes, characters like Anna, Elsa and Kristoff appear on stage.
A tip is use FastPass+ to get great seats to watch.
Frozen Ever After
Technically, you also get to see the Frozen characters on the Frozen Ever After tour.
It is a very calm boat ride, with light movements. During the course, we can see some animations of the characters.
That's why we said that you can see them “technically”: they are not flesh and blood actors, but the animated version of the film. It's a really cool ride for the kids.

Okay, you've already seen all the options for places where you can SEE Elsa and Anna from Frozen. But you want to KNOW THEM, right?
There is only one opportunity to meet them both: the Royal Sommerhus.
This attraction is located in the Norway Pavilion at Epcot and is not FastPass+ compatible. However, this is not a big problem, since the queues are small.
The attraction works as follows: you enter Anna and Elsa's summer house and, as you go through the place, you can meet them both.
Each one is in a different room, so you can't see them all at the same time.
However, you can meet them and take a fun picture with them.
The good part is that the entrance to the Royal Sommerhus is right at the exit of Frozen Ever After, so it's like an add-on attraction. You leave one and already engage in the other.
BONUS: How to Find Olaf at Disney in 2021!
Did you think you could only find Elsa and Anna from Frozen at Disney? No! You can also meet another character from the film there.
I promised a bonus and here it is: I'll teach you how to find Olaf to take a picture with him at the Disney parks.
Usually, you can see the character at the same events where you see Elsa and Anna.
But to find it, it's in an entirely different park: Hollywood Studios. He's on Celebrity Spotlight and available all day.
Currently, the queues are small and you need to make a way to get to the room where he is.
You can meet the character, take a picture with him and give him a warm hug (just the way he likes!).
