Typical German food and live entertainment are at Biergarten, one of Epcot's amazing restaurants!
The Epcot park, from Walt Disney World, is known for its celebration of international culture, including German.
The Biergarten restaurant, therefore, is the right spot for those who love German cuisine and for those who want to experience the unknown.
The place, therefore, promises to commemorate the Oktoberfest (beer festival originating in Munich, Germany) every day. Yea! In the restaurant, there is a sample of what the party is like. So if you like beer and food, you need to know.
The Biergarten, in addition, brings other German traditions, such as sitting at a table with another group of people.
In Germany, it is quite common for strangers to share seats. No surprise then, huh!?
The ambiance of the Biergarten
Well, the setting of the Biergarten is a real wonder.
The restaurant is decorated and spacious, with several tables arranged. You really feel like you are in a German village. It even has trees and poles/lights. Look how wonderful!
The place has, above all, a kind of nocturnal touch. Even during the day, the atmosphere, however, leads you to believe that it is at night. But nothing that makes it a bad thing. On the contrary, all you don't want is to leave there, lol! Listen to what I'm saying!
There is also a place for concerts.
A stage that is in the center of the restaurant, aimed especially at other presentations, in addition to shows, such as dances and competitions.
Performances take place at different times throughout the day. You're sure to see some after all.
Finally, German food
The most desired part, without a doubt, is the food. As good visitors to the parks, trying other cuisines must also be on the itinerary, outside of the attractions.
The Biergarten has the system “all you can eat“, that is, you pay a certain amount and have the right to serve yourself in the buffet as many times as you want and get it!
It has salad, roast chicken, pasta au gratin, sausages, sauerkraut etc. for you to “fill your belly”.
In this sense, desserts are also included in the service. It has roulade, cheesecake, apple strudel and more.
Prices, according to Disney's website, are around $46 per adult (plus taxes and tip) and $25 per child ages 3 to 9 (plus tax and tip).
About the tips: you can give as much as you want. Typically, the percentage varies from the total amount, but it has to be at least 18%. If you are not satisfied with the service, however, you are not obliged to contribute any amount.
Non-alcoholic beverages, such as water, juices and soft drinks, are part of the single price ($46 per adult and $25 per child).
On the other hand, alcoholic beverages, such as beers and wines, are on the outside. That is, those who love a beer will have to spend a little more. Prices range from $10.50 to $55. The options are served in mugs, bottles, doses and/or glasses.
