For those who don't eat meat, it can be a little difficult to eat in the Disney parks. However, there are vegetarian options at Hollywood Studios and other parks.

Have you seen how difficult it was for us to find good options on our vegetarian food list at Epcot and in Magic Kingdom.

Now, you'll find it will be a little easier at Hollywood Studios.

If you are a vegetarian and plan to travel to Disney soon, save this text to your favorites or print it out to take with you. In the meantime, keep reading!

Vegetarian Food Options at Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Studios is a park with a good range of restaurants. There are not so many options, but some different food alternatives, especially vegetarian ones.

Check it out below!

Anaheim Produce

Perhaps the hotspot for a vegetarian fast food is the Anaheim Produce.

The establishment is a quick service restaurant (you get your food and pay at the counter). One of its highlights is that it has an extensive section of fresh fruits and vegetables, grown in the region.

In addition to packaged fruits and vegetables, they also have packaged fruits, juices, water and even alcoholic beverages such as grapefruit beer, for example.

For those who want to eat something made with products derived from animals, such as eggs, a good option at Anaheim Produce is the Mickey Mouse-shaped pretzel. It's the main attraction of the house (the place is famous for its delicious pretzel!).

ABC Commissioner

One establishment with many vegetarian options at Hollywood Studios is the ABC Commissary.

On the main course menu, there are at least 3 good options for meatless foods.

The first of these is the teriyaki vegetable bowl. It consists of a stir-fry of Swiss chard, red peppers, peas, onions, carrots, shitake, edamame and broccoli, with a teriyaki sauce, brown rice and topping of cashews. It costs $12.99 dollars.

Teriyaki sauce is usually used with barbecue in Japan, but it doesn't go meat (its ingredients are soy sauce, sugar, sake, and ginger).

ABC Commissary's second vegetarian dish is the Mediterranean salad, served in a vinaigrette, with hummus and flatbread. It costs $9.99 dollars.

Finally, the restaurant has a vegan burger, served with lettuce, onion, tomato and peppers, as well as balsamic vinegar, vegan mayonnaise, ketchup, sriracha and mustard. It comes with a serving of French fries and costs $$12.99.

The place's side menu is all vegetarian: French fries (regular or Southwest-style), grilled corn, coleslaw and hummus, and flatbread.

Catalina Eddie's

One of the pizzerias at Hollywood Studios is Catalina Eddie's.

Their food is good but not out of this world. It's a fast food pizza, like the ones you find in shopping mall food courts. However, in the rush of a trip to Disney, it helps to satisfy hunger.

Among the vegetarian options, the pizzeria has a cheese pizza (which comes with caesar salad) for $$9.99. Plus, they serve a larger portion of the Caesar salad (with heart of romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and spicy Caesar dressing) for $$7.99.

There is no vegan option unfortunately.

Hollywood & Vine

Hollywood & Vine is one of the most famous restaurants at Hollywood Studios.

It is a buffet style establishment, where you can grab a little of each option and help yourself.

There are many different options and most of them without meat. For example: soups, varied salads, combination of vegetables, pasta and breads. Anyway, there are many vegetarian alternatives.

Additionally, Hollywood & Vine is one of the Disney Character Dining Restaurants. In this case, you can find Minnie.

The downside is that it is a bit more expensive than usual: the buffet for an adult is $50 dollars.

The Hollywood Brown Derby

Among the "fine" dining options at Hollywood Studios, the The Hollywood Brown Derby stands out for the creativity of its vegetarian options.

They are few, but very interesting and different.

For starters, a vegetarian Pho, with lemongrass and ginger broth, mushroom and tofu spring rolls, soy sauce and ginger. It costs R$ 29 dollars.

Another option is the baked tomato soup, which costs $11 dollars.

The Backlot Express

One of the most “trend” points of the Disney complex is The Backlot Express.

He is known for his delicious, almost artisanal sandwiches, made with lots of love and care. The combination of ingredients is very rich and planned and nothing there is frozen or fast food.

Also, the place is famous for its decor: it looks like a movie studio. Or rather, with the storage of such a studio, with lots of really cool souvenirs to look at while you wait for your food.

For vegetarians, there are two options on the menu. The first and most famous is the a caprese sandwich.

Made of ciabatta bread with fresh marinated mozzarella, cheese and herb pesto, tomato and arugula, the sandwich is a Disney hit. It is so good that the company itself recommended it a list of vegetarian options in their parks.

Best of all, it costs just $$9.99 and is served with portions of carrot sticks or side fries.

The second option is simpler: Southwest-style salad, consisting of leafy greens, crispy wonton, avocado and black bean relish. It costs $8.99 dollars.

It's nice to see a restaurant where vegetarian options are cheaper than meat ones, isn't it?

As you can see, these are some vegetarian food options at Hollywood Studios. The park stands out for its varied meatless alternatives, making it a bit more vegetarian-friendly than other parks.

However, for vegans, there are few food options, which can be a difficulty. After all, having to leave the park for lunch and then come back takes a lot of time and complicates your trip.

A good alternative is to try to buy food at grocery stores or order it online and have it delivered to your hotel room (whether at Disney or outside). So, you prepare your own meal and save with it.

So, what did you think of our selection of vegetarian food at Hollywood Studios? Would you rather buy food at a market or face these dishes? Tell us what you think!
