We went to this restaurant for the first time on our last trip of 2019, those who follow us on instagram saw what we ate there.

How is the Flame Tree Barbecue environment?
You will place your orders at a specific station for that, the tables where you will eat are in a more reserved place, in the middle of a “bush”.
The cool thing is that this restaurant offers many places to sit, where some are covered and others are shaded by the trees.
It has so many places to sit that when Nath and I finished eating, we got lost to go back to the “exit” ehehehhe we even had to ask for information from the cast member who was cleaning some tables.
Because the tables are in an open place, it is not always pleasant to be there, when it is very hot, with a lot of rain or on very cold days. But when the day is mild or the sun is gone, it's wonderful to stay there.
The tables that are closest to the Discovery River (Discovery River), provide the visitor with a super view of roller coaster Everest, one of the most beloved Disney.

How is the food?
As we said, the flagship of Flame Tree Barbecue is the American-style prime rib, but you will find other types of dishes there.
Even we didn't eat the ribs ourselves, we had a plate of Mc and Cheese (that famous macaroni and cheese) and a pulled pork.

Well, as I gave spoiler at the beginning of this post, it was one of the best quick service foods I ate.
That's not to say the food was amazing, because it wasn't! But for the normal level of quick service we find in the parks it was way above!
There you will find: mixed salads of green leaves, roasted chicken, pork sandwiches and the various combinations of ribs and chicken.

Where is the Flame Tree Barbecue?
This delicious Disney quick service is located in the Discovery island, very close to the 3D cinema with the theme of the movie "A bug's life", the attraction "It`s Tough to be a Bug” at Animal Kingdom park.
It is very easy to find it, if you are already in the Discovery Island region, just approach the 3D cinema, if you are outside this area, just move to it and you will find it.
How are Flame Tree Barbecue prices?
The price is what is usually applied in other Quick Service restaurants of the same style.
An adult ends up spending about $15 dollars per meal to eat real food, which ends up being for a place inside the park that offers a meal at a very good price.
What we usually do is share dishes, so we can save on those meals throughout the day, we usually take cookies or some snacks in case we get too hungry.
Precisely because we know that quick service restaurants have reasonable food and the cost of food can be a big villain in your travel budget.
For those who are looking for a nice place to eat during their visit to Animal Kingdom and the weather is not extreme (too cold or too hot), Flame Tree Barbecue is an excellent option to eat something delicious and take a break.
